The prices we offer on this website are guaranteed to be the lowest available anywhere in the continental USA subject to meeting Ohio State minimums.  If you find a wine that is routinely priced lower, document it in an email to winedog@winedog.com.  Once we verify that price and find that it is indeed lower than ours - we will not only meet that price but will offer a bonus, one time 10% discount off of the adjusted retail price.  This offer is contingent upon the price meeting Ohio minimum retail price requirements dictated by the Ohio Liquor Control Agency and that the price is not due to a special, short term promotion for inventory reduction (aka, post-offs).  This guarantee only applies to prices offered by other licensed wine retailers. 

Quality Guaranteed
The quality of our beverage and gourmet products is quality guaranteed. Should you experience any problems you are entitled to a replacement of all items or credit on all products returned to us, whichever you prefer. The replacement value would be that of the paid retail value of the products being returned.

Total Satisfaction Guaranteed! 
Our satisfaction guarantee insures that you are not required to keep products which do not meet with your tastes. Should you wish to return unopened beverages or food items you may ask for a full refund of the value of those products or request replacement at paid retail value. This request should be made within 10 calendar days of purchase receipt.

 

Note: All alcoholic beverages are made available through a licensed retailer as required by law. We do require proof of age on delivery. The offer of direct shipment is not available for all states and we retain the right to refuse to accept an order for our retailer where shipment would be illegal. Title for product is transferred at the retail site and shipment to all clients is at the client’s risk and arranged as an accommodation to the client.
