One of the projects we have embraced over the last year and a half involved preparing a weekly food and wine column for the Wilmington News Journal for our friends throughout Clinton County, Ohio. We are now syndicating our column, “The Winedog Speaks,” in other areas of the United States and wanted to make these features available to all who are visiting our website.

 Many of the featured recipes are taken from the best we used in our bistro and were part of the reason we were selected by the Cincinnati Magazine as the only restaurant in Clinton County to be listed in their “Best of Cincinnati Gourmet Dining Guide.” Contact us if you would like more information about our special themed dinners, The Winedog Feast Series.
