Description/Palate
A blend of thirteen grapes, Grenache is the major player here. The nose displays black fruit, coffee, cedar and spice. Medium to full-bodied, crisp, with easy tannins the wine is pretty tight right now. Flavors mirror the nose, with a long aftertaste.

A huge red wine for your most assertive dishes and seasoning. My personal choice with Beef Burgundy or Cassoulet.

Keep it cool (55-65 degrees F). Best from 2003 Though 2010. 16,665 case made.
