Background
The Medoc is one of the most popular districts of Bordeaux and L'Argenteyre hand harvests and sorts grapes grown in deep clay & gravel.

Aged 18 months in French oak barrels!

Food Parings
This is a classically styled Bordeaux which will pair perfectly with haute cuisine, medium to strong cheeses and grilled meats of most types.

Cellar Hints
Keep it cool (55-65 degrees F).  It will drink very well now to 2010 if kept in quality conditions.
