Background
The towered town of San Gimignano is a medieval tourist stop of incomparable beauty. This white wine which is produced there has been around for hundreds of years and evolved in to the beautiful white wine of pale golden color, fresh, smooth, dry and agreeably rounded.

The wine has just a hint of ripe citrus, some bitter almond and a mildly buttery texture.

A great white wine for warm weather or summer enjoyment and the perfect compliment to fresh green or seafood salads, cold shrimp on cracked ice, seviche and steamers.

This wine is generally best consummed within the first two years of production and is perfect well chilled.
